Day 1: The Induction.
Your first day as a BOH Manager is most likely going to be a Tuesday, Once you have been entered onto our system
you will receive an email with log in details for The Hub, here you will need to watch the Induction video, which
is a short video introducing you to the Ivy Collection. Once this video has been viewed you will be required to do
your Risk Assessments, which are short videos on various pieces of Kitchen Equipment. This can
all be done before your first day.
Then you will be required to attend the Zoom Academy/In house Induction this is an induction into the business
in a more in-depth way and covers some particular processes and procedures we do at the Ivy Collection it will give
you valuable insight into our success and what you can contribute to the continued success of the business.
You will receive an email when your next in-site induction will take place.
