The oven will then appear and old call outs will also show. Select the one required, these obviously have different
cost attached so you need to think of what part of the week it is and if you can be without the piece of equipment
for a short time.
Then you can enter the details of the fault in the order box.
Next, you place the order and the order will appear in the dashboard.
You will also see which supplier is coming out to repair the oven and how they will charge this is just for the call out
and no parts. It also shows as a % of your KPI Budget which is managed by the GM. But if equipment is faulty, we
always approve repairs, it's important the kitchens and equipment are in the best condition possible.
