Internal Mystery Diner report.
Every week we have the mystery diner attend the restaurants, the purpose of this is to get a true insight
into the performance of the restaurant, from the quality of service and food to the appearance of the
staff and restaurant. These reports come through to the sites on Friday mornings.
The below report is to be completed on the same Friday through the Alert65 webpage. The Area Chef then gets all
the reports for his area the following Tuesday and checks them all, any issues will be bought the attention of the
kitchen so that they do reoccur.
