ProNett is our online maintenance tool, all the sites HC and GM have access to a portal where everything
within the business is logged. It is where you log all your maintenance issues from a broken oven
to ordering new equipment. Your training site will go through the portal in detail, below are a few
screenshots to get you going.
Once you log in at capriceivy.pronett.co.uk/ProNett you are met with the dashboard. Here you will see current orders
pending and what status they are in.
The PMV (preventative maintenance visit) box is the jobs that are on a monthly, quarterly, yearly cycle.
How to place a call out to repair a piece of equipment.
First select the place a call out tab on the dashboard.
Then select which area the piece of the equipment is in within the business.
