This Monthly Recognition needs to be done through the Legends Platform with the Cultural Recognition
Tab - on top of the points Back of House receive a flask, front of house a green Ivy pin.
For exceptional or outstanding achievements and behaviours everyone can nominate everyone for bigger
"exceptional" awards (Gold 1000, Silver 500, Bronze 250), these need to be approved by the GM first and
then by the People Director.
There are small "on the spot" awards (100 or 250 coins*) that GM/HC can give AND also each site can
reward 3 employees of the month per site (250 coins each, mixed back & front of house).

We offer regular courses, for which each restaurant can choose their participants. Keep your high achievers in mind
for these. Running incentives in your kitchen is a great way of motivating your team.
For example you could check their knowledge by holding product
knowledge quizzes when new menus are introduced or specials change.
