Management training system.
Some of your main responsibilities will be stock control, health and safety management, HR, equipment
maintenance, building maintenance.
To help you control and monitor these, we use different types of management systems - you will be given full
training on these during the last two weeks of your training period, however please be proactive and use any spare
time you may have to get involved and start looking at the training material relating to the following as soon as you
get access to The Hub.

You will need to show evidence of competency on these management systems -
by demonstrating a full working knowledge through practical application - this
will be assessed and verified by the senior team in the training site and Area
Chef for that site.
